How do I register at Bird-Food.co.uk?
Registering at Bird-Food.co.uk is quick and easy. On the Bird-Food homepage you will see a Register button at the top of the page. When you click on this you will be taken to a page where you will need to fill in a few details. Once you have completed this click the ‘Submit’ button and that is it – you are now free to shop! You will also be able to receive emails about our special offers once you have registered.
How do I place an order?
Our user friendly website makes it simple for our customers to shop with Love Pets. Once you have registered with Bird-Food.co.uk (see above) you can browse our website to find the pet products you want and click ‘Add to Basket’ on the items you want to purchase. When you have all the items you want then hit the ‘View Basket’ button and then ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and follow the instructions.
Do I need to do anything after my order is placed?
When we receive your order an Order Confirmation screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details. If you order by telephone, you will receive an order number. You can then find out where you order is at any stage by using the online Track and Trace service or by calling our Customer Services team.
How much does delivery cost?
Bird-Food.co.uk offer free P&P on all deliveries that come to £75 or over. On orders under that price the standard deliver cost is £4.99. For more information go to our Delivery and Postage page.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 5 working days for all orders. However, during busy periods please allow up to 14 working days. Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items then deliveries may be made separately. You will see this on your despatch confirmation email.
Can I order over the phone?
If you wish to order from Bird-Food.co.uk over the phone rather than online, then you can do so by calling 09056 48 49 50.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Bird-Food.co.uk. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please see our Returns & Refunds page.
How do I change any details stored on Bird-Food.co.uk?
To change any of your registered details on Bird-Food.co.uk, click on ‘Your Account’ and enter your login name and password. Once logged in change any of the details shown and click ‘change details'.
How do I return my unwanted items?
If you have ordered a product from us but then decide you want to return it then you can follow this procedure. Return the product within 28 days and a full refund will be processed in accordance to your payment method. Further information can be found on our Refunds and Returns page.
